Appalachian State University has entered into a phase II $16.3 million comprehensive energy savings performance contract. Energy savings measures will be implemented in 28 buildings that encompasses over 1.6 million square feet. All of the equipment and system improvements will be paid from energy savings over the 13-year contract term.
The North Carolina ESC Chapter has elected a new Co-Chair, Kevin Overcash (Private Sector). Len Hoey was re-elected as Co-Chair (Public Sector). Other officers elected were Christine (CC) Maurer Secretary) and Robert Williams (Treasurer).
